365abc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 365abc platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact email address or mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 365abc will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately.
Only one active 365abc account is permitted per household address, per device, and per shared IP address. Accounts found to be in violation of this rule may be reviewed and, where appropriate, closed without notice.
365abc accepts deposits from Bangladesh players via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 365abc, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted and will be returned, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider. 365abc accepts no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your 365abc account balance in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to clear, depending on the sending institution. All times are referenced in Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6).
All transactions on the 365abc platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the Platform to denote amounts in Taka. 365abc does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any foreign-currency transaction attempted through a payment provider will be subject to that provider's conversion rates, and 365abc accepts no responsibility for exchange-rate fluctuations or conversion fees.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the cashier section of your 365abc account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless you have contacted support to arrange an alternative channel. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
365abc aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket wallets are typically faster than bank transfers. 365abc reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount is significant or where account activity has triggered a compliance review.
Where a player's account balance contains bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play, those funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are not commingled with active bonus funds may be withdrawn at any time without wagering conditions, subject to identity verification.

In the event of a malfunction or technical error affecting a game, all bets and pay-outs from the affected round may be declared void. 365abc will not honour pay-outs arising from software errors, malfunctions, or miscalculations. In such circumstances, 365abc will endeavour to return the affected stake amount to the player's account balance within a reasonable time.

Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be settled in accordance with those rules. Where the Platform is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances outside our control, 365abc will not be liable for any resulting loss suffered by users.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
365abc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or through a notice posted on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure by contacting [email protected].
365abc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or where continued operation of the account would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of identity verification.
